Since its launch in 2019, more than 7,000 professionals have used Global Projects to quickly obtain quotations, material lists and installation diagrams online for more than 20,000 FERMAX projects thanks to a simple, self-guided system.

Global Projects is now evolving with a completely revamped look and feel and new functionalities. "We want our customers to be much more independent when it comes to offering our products and quoting their projects" explains our colleague Marine Lenouvel, Digital Experience Manager at FERMAX.

Your own workspace

With the new Private Area of Global Projects, users will have their own space to personalise quotations, register their clients' details, consult the history of projects carried out or add their own products along with FERMAX references, among other functionalities.

"The professional will also be able to save and consult the quotes made, as well as download them or send them directly by e-mail to the selected client, without leaving the tool," explains Marine.

Another new feature is that Global Projects is no longer limited to our DUOX PLUS technology, but also offers the possibility of quoting projects with MEET, our 100% IP video door entry system, thus increasing the professional's capacity to deal with different projects. 

"Our customers will find this tool easier to use and more comprehensive than ever before. We are committed to innovation and providing solutions that digitise and enhance our client relationships, and Global Projects is a testament to that," concludes Marine.
